Carriage to Europe can easily be arranged but contact us first to discuss. A signature will be required upon delivery by the courier. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
If for some reason you are not happy with the guitar, you can return it for a refund. Buyer's tastes vary and therefore returns based on tone cannot be considered. We will accept returns only if an item's condition is not as described. Return carriage costs must be borne by the buyer and maybe subject to a re-stocking fee.
Purchasing from you
When we purchase a piece from you, the routine is seamless and extremely easy. If possible, we would like a set of pictures emailed and then a full discussion. We will assist you through the process, it's easy and quick. We will negotiate a price.
After the item is received (We can help with the courier and arrange collection if that’s easier) we will send you a cheque immediately, or do a bank transfer, whatever you would prefer. If the item is not as described, it will be returned within 2 business days. If you wish to offer us a different deal, that is fine. We typically try not to make a lower offer than already agreed even though there are many dealers who do.
