Fender Precision Bass 1978 Mocha Brown with hard case

This is a particularly nice Fender Precision and has lots of things going for it. It's finished in "Mocha brown" which is quite a rare colour option and also has a rosewood fretboard. These two colours combined with the black pickguard make this a really striking looking bass.

I first bought this bass from the original owner in 2009 and was subsequently sold. I was recently offered the chance to buy it back from my customer which I happily did. He used it mainly for recording and looked after it very well.

It has a letter of authenticity included from the first owner and comes with the original receipt, original Fender strap, original strings, both chrome covers and a lead! Complete with the hard case it had from new (Non fender)

Has the serial number sticker under the pickguard which matches the one on the headstock. Untouched soldering, pots date to 1977 pick up to 1978, all totally original. A really nice un-molested time warp bass - a fantastic collectors piece.

Plays well, sounds great and in excellent condition. More photos available on request.
