SOLD - SIMILAR INSTRUMENTS AVAILABLE Warwick Vampyre NT Bass "Nirvana black" coloured oil finish I once had the 5 string version of this bass, and it was absolutely superb in everyway - unfortunately I couldn't get on with it being a 5 string (!) so vowed to look out for a 4 string version........ This has been my main gigging bass for several months now and is set up to perfection (multi adjustable bridge, "adjust-a-nut" and very accurate truss rod makes it possible to get a very fine-tuned and individual set up) |

This Warwick Vampyre NT Ltd is the top of the range Warwick bass (signed by the maker on the back of the headstock) and is in very good condition. The specification is superb - thru neck, inch thick quilted AAA maple top, active electronics, ebony fingerboard, bell brass frets (silver/bronze alloy), height adjustable nut, custom bass clef fret markers - the list goes on. The playability is fantastic and the sound extremely versatile - you sense the inherent quality the moment you pick it up. This bass is not mint - it has a few small marks on it as it has been gigged, but it plays and sounds out of this world. The list price on these are well over £3000 but are available new in the internet for just under the £3000 mark, but why pay that when you can get this example for so much less? |
