Bravewood ’62 Jaco Fretless Jazz
This bass was made by Bravewood and is replica of Jaco’s 1962 fretless Jazz bass, finished in sunburst nitro cellulose.
It had period correct reverse tuners, mute holes and earthing strip from the bridge to the pick up, and totally looks the part.
The board is a beautiful ebony and has fret lines on it. The pick ups are Bare Knuckles I beleive, and the neck is slim and unmarked on the revserse.
The relicing is extremely authentic and the weather checking is superb. It’s lovely to play and has a great fretless tone, and comes with a hard case.
