It’s based on features throughout the Precison bass’s history, with a single-ply black pickguard that recalls the P-Bass’s 1951, a contoured body and a split-coil pickup from 1957 onwards, plus modern refinements that bring it up to date.
The thin nitro-cellulose can mark easily, and this example has a few small blemishes, but overall it’s excellent, frets are like new, comes with the original hard case with all the tags, manual, sticker, duster etc.
I’ve really struggled to get the beauty of the colour of the body and also the grain right. It’s a lovely see-thru blonde colour, a bit darker than in most of my photos, and also the grain is far more viable in real-life too….
Also very light at only 8.4lbs
