Used Limelight Jazz Bass in Mocha brown with b & b neck

Used Limelight Jazz Bass in Mocha brown with blocks & binding neck

This Limelight Jazz was made in June 2016 and is just a few months old. It was made to early 1970’s Jazz bass specifications and was ordered in Mocha brown. This is the first (and so far only) Limelight bass in this finish.
It was also ordered with a maple neck with black blocks and binding, which goes really well with the black scratchplate and really suits the overall feel of the bass. It also has the extra cost option of an Ash body – if you can cope with the weight then you’ll reap the huge tonal benefit – this one really resonates and has a wonderful deep and rich tone.
If it was ordered now to the same specs it would cost well over a £1000….
It’s just been set up again with new Rotosound strings and a low action. Fast and easy to play.
