Pedulla Rapture JJ5 Candy Apple Red
It was made in the USA by Michael Pedulla (who has now retired and no longer making basses )
It has been used but definitely not abused.
The frets are actually in amazing condition, barely marked, and the neck is arrow straight and perfectly adjusted. The back of the neck does have some marks on it, but none that you can really feel when playing. The neck is particularly slim and makes for fast easy playing. The truss rod turns smoothly in both directions and acts as it should, and the truss rod cover is made from wood which I thought was a nice touch.
The body has some buckle rash, some weather checking and a few small dings, but still looks good.
It has two Jazz style Bartolini pickups for the classic Jazz sound. The active electronics include master volume, pickup pan, and treble and bass boost/cut controls.
Overall this bass is very good and has still got most of its life ahead of it!
