This is a lightly used Sandberg California II VS4 in high gloss crème with matching headstock and black blocks
This is a great bass – if you want a modern Precision this bass is definitely worth considering. Has the simplicity of a Precision but with Sandberg’s great 2 eq active system, plus this bass is very light at 7.9lbs. All necks on Sandbergs are plek’d so the action is fast and low and they’re lovely to play.
The condition is great, very lightly used, has one tiny chip on the lower edge (pictured) otherwise fantastic.
This bass came from me originally, and I ordered it with a high spec (matching headstock and black block inlays) these are expensive optional extras (You can check this out if you go to the Sandberg Configurator) and give the bass a distinctive look. Also the neck has a lovely vintage tint to it.
The bass is actually more “cream” coloured than shown in my pictures – looks vintage and very cool, perfect with the neck colour.
Comes with the original Sandberg gig bag and owners manual. Big saving on new……
