Fender Mustang JMJ Bass with gig bag - £925

I’ve just got this bass in. It’s a 2018 Fender Mustang JMJ model, Made in Mexico, in faded Daphne Blue and aged in the factory to a vintage road worn finish. 30″ scale.

It’s based on his 1967 favourite short scale bass. It was bought new from Manson’s, Exeter in 2019.

It’s just been set it up with flat wounds, adjusted the truss rod (turns smoothly) and set the bridge. Plays well with a nice low action.

The standard of aging from the Fender factory in Mexico has really improved over the years. This bass has some really nice weather checking on the paint and headstock, and generally looks very convincing.

Alder body with a rosewood fretboard, nitro-cellulose paint, lollipop tuners and big chrome bridge.

In excellent condition and come with a fender gig bag.

Has also had the benefit of 100 hours of vibration treatment so sounds more like his well played 1967 bass.
