This has just arrived with me, custom ordered by myself, to my own specs last year. Quite a long lead-time from Sandberg now unfortunately.

It’s a VS4 (Sandberg’s Precision basically, nice and simple, can be used like a Precision in passive mode, with one volume and one tone, but also has the advantage of Sandberg’s great 2 band active circuit with treble and bass boost/cut – very versatile)

Incidentally, during the various lockdowns, Sandberg did a survey on the most popular colours, and black was number 1, Creme number 2)

This VS4 has a few distinctive touches which makes it unique and much cooler (IMO) than other VS4’s.

These are:

Satin black headstock

Black bridge

Black front facing dots on the fretboard.

Subtle but looks really good, and balanced…..

Comes with the usual Sandberg warranty, gig bag, tools, manual and certificate.

Stupidly light as well, at 7.5lbs
