Sandberg Chris Childs Enigma 4 Bass

So cool and distinctive looking, and has plenty of top end features.

It’s a Sandberg Chris Childs Enigma 4 Bass – built to Chris Childs (Thunder’s bassist) own specs and requirements and the result is a cool looking unique bass.

It has 2 pick ups giving a good range of thumb positions (and thus sounds) and has a single volume/blend/treble/bass boost and cut (As I’ve no doubt said before, I think having a single volume with a blend is much easier when playing live than 2 volumes. Just makes it easier on the fly, just my opinion though)

The neck pickup is actually as P type split coil, and the bridge one a humbucker in the style of a Stingray.

It’s finished in high gloss black with cream stripes and a matching headstock. Beautifully complemented by an ebony fretboard with a single embossed logo at the 12th fret.

Currently set up with an incredibly low action and new strings, it’s absolutely ” as new” and a big saving on a new one. Was bought new in early 2022. Comes with gig bag, manual and tools.
