Sandberg VM4 2016 in natural - £975

I’ve just taken this Sandberg in as a p/x.
It’s a VM4 in natural, with rosewood fretboard, from 2016. It would have been one of the very last of the old shape.
Condition-wise, it’s extremely good, just a small mark on the end of the headstock.
It benefits from a beautiful grain, which is especially impressive on the back.
Made in Germany, with the usual high quality you’d expect from Sandberg, plus a plek’d neck and swamp ash body.
It has the usual Vol/blend/treble/bass (boost & cut, with centre indent) and like all Sandberg’s can go into passive mode by lifting the volume control up.
It’s been serviced, and set up with new strings. Ready to go!
I love these natural finishes, as you feel the grain as well as see it, so tactile to the touch.
Comes with a tatty gig bag.

 

This bass also benefits from 100 hours of vibration treatment.
