I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it when I ordered it, but now I’ve seen it in real life I love it! Out of all the basses I’ve had in recently this is the one I’m most tempted to use in my band for a while.

It just looks right. Super low action on the vintage amber tinted neck, metallic British Racing Green paint with chequered flag stripe (You might think you’d be able to feel where the stripe starts and ends, but you can’t, it’s completely made part of the finish)

It’s been “soft aged” (all of them have, and it looks and feels like a vintage bass that has been carefully looked after) and features Sandberg’s 3 eq system as opposed to the usual 2 band, so give some extra tonal flexibility from the Precision type split coil pick up.

These basses have been made to commemorate Sandberg’s 35 years in business, and have been made in limited numbers and won’t be repeated. These are destined to become collectors items and already not so easy to get hold of.

Cool, different, but still subtle and reserved, a great bass!
