Sandberg TM4 CAR Factory Soft Aged

I have a Sandberg TM4 bass here, one of the last of the old shape.

Out of all the many Sandberg’s I’ve played over the years, to me the TM4 just sounds the best. If I had to pick one bass from my current stock to play at a gig I’d choose this one – very versatile, and sounds great the moment it’s plugged in.

You can blend the pickups, or use just neck or bridge, plus the Stingray type bridge pickup can be split to a single coil using the mini toggle switch for an instant Jazz tone.

Controls are the usual Vol/blend/treble boost and cut/bass boost and cut

As with all sandbergs, the neck has been plek’d at the factory for a low action with no buzzes. Was ordered “soft aged” from the factory, and has front facing white dots on the rosewood fretboard.

The body is finished in Candy Apple Red over white and is really bright, and looks even better in real life.

It’s been set up with new strings, and has the Sandberg gig bag plus certificate and tools.
